How to create an account 

It's really quick and easy to do this and won't take long at all. Click HERE and you will be prompted to add your details to create your account. You can also at the same time sign up to our newsletter to receive a welcome discount too!

How to reset your password

Click the link HERE and you will be prompted to enter your email address so that you can reset your password. Once this is done check your inbox, junk and spam folders too as there should be an email waiting for you.

How to change your password or personal details

Sign into your account, and then select the 'My details' tab where you can update your contact details. You can also change your password too, by clicking on the 'Change Password' tab.

How to see your rewards points on your account

You will need to login to your account and then click on the word 'Rewards' which you can find at the bottom of our website, this will bring you to the rewards section of your account. You will then be able to see how many rewards you have, what you can redeem on your next order and how you can earn further points apart from any orders you have placed.

To redeem your points, head to the checkout and above your basket total you will see vouchers you have that are eligible to redeem. Click 'apply' to the amount you wish to redeem and this the value will automatically be deducted from your basket total at the checkout stage. Please note, you can only redeem one code per order and there is no expiry date on your rewards, rewards can only be used on products and not shipping costs.
