Can I cancel my order?Updated 3 months ago

Our warehouse team look forward to receiving your order and will immediately prepare it once it has been processed. 

There is no option for the customer to cancel manually but there is a possibility that our Customer Services team may be able to cancel your order if the warehouse have not started packing your order. In order to try and help you with this, please contact us through live chat during the hours of 9am-5pm Monday to Friday or via our email [email protected], out of these hours we will be unable to assist you. 

However, if your order cannot be cancelled don't worry you always have our returns portal to use at any time for a refund, and you can access our returns portal by clicking HERE

If you have already received a dispatch notification email, it may be impossible to cancel your order as your order will have already left our warehouse at this time.

Please do make sure that you are 100% happy with your order before completing your purchase.
