Can I change the shipping service on my order?Updated 3 months ago
We are sorry but we cannot change the shipping service you have already selected on your order. The only option we may be able to assist you with is to cancel your order so that you can place a new one selecting a different shipping service, however you will need to contact us to amend any cancellations as there is no option for the customer to select this. Please note, we are only able to action this cancellation if your order has not started processing through our warehouse systems.
