Can I return an item for an exchange instead of a refund?Updated 8 months ago

We're sorry we don't offer exchanges, if a different style or size is required, we will need to ask you to send the original item back for a refund and place a new order as desired within 28 days of receiving your order.  

If you initially used a discount code, you will need to re-order the item at full price. Keep in mind that we can only honour the discount if you have placed a new order with the same style and/or colour. Once your new order arrives, contact our customer services team to let us know you are keeping your new order and we will price match to the discount used in your first order and refund the difference.
