Can I return something I received as a gift?Updated 2 days ago

Yes of course, as long as they are returned in the same condition you received them in and you have all the information necessary to process the return. Please note if you do return items given as a gift the refund will be processed back to the original payment method used, not to the recipient.

If you do not have the required information to process a return you will need ask for permission from the person who has gifted the item to you, as we do not offer exchanges.

Please note if the returns window has expired and is over the 28 days of the order arrival date, we will be unable to facilitate a return.

Should you wish to make a return outside of the 28-day return window, we offer an additional 7-day grace period during which you can still return your order. In this case, your refund will be issued to a gift card instead of the original payment method. After this time, we are unable to accept any returns.
