How do I use a discount code?

Discount promo codes will need to be entered when prompted at the checkout. 

If it doesn’t work, make sure:

• You’ve entered it correctly and it is still valid as some codes will expire after a certain period of time. 
• It’s valid for your order as some codes can’t be used for certain products.
• You’ve only used one promo code for your order, as we can’t accept multiple codes in one go.

How do I use my Welcome discount code?

We are so happy that you have signed up to our newsletter and that we can keep you updated about re-stocks and new collection launches. As you're new around here, you're entitled to our welcome discount on your first order. You will receive this code via email once you've signed up to our newsletter (please allow up to 1 hour for this code to arrive and check your junk and spam folders).

What happens if I forget to use my discount code?

Before you checkout please ensure that you have entered your discount code in the discount code box before you pay at the checkout stage. Once your order is complete, we can't honour your discount code. But don’t worry, if it’s still valid you can always use it on your next order.

Can I use more than one discount?

Only one discount or promotional code can be used per order at any time.
