How do I make a return?Updated 14 days ago

Returns must be initiated within 28 days of receiving your order. Items must be unused and in the original packaging.

UK Returns

We have gone paperless, so you won't receive a paper returns slip, but you can find our Returns Portal by clicking HERE. 

Enter your six-digit order number and email used to place the order, select the item(s) you are returning and reasons for return. Print the shipping label or use the QR code that has been sent to your email after submitting your return, and drop off your return at a Royal Mail Post Office location.

Returns will cost £1.95 per order, and this amount will be deducted automatically from your refund.

Should you wish to make a return outside of the 28-day return window, we offer an additional 7-day grace period during which you can still return your order. In this case, your refund will be issued to a gift card instead of the original payment method. After this time, we are unable to accept any returns.

If you wish to return items from different orders, we ask that you please send these as separate packages. This makes it easier for us to process your return and avoid any complications with your refund.
