Payment was taken but my order hasn't gone through?
Unfortunately, this issue arises when an order fails due to an error or difference in postcodes matching between billing address and the one registered to your payment method. As the order is processing the funds are taken from your account to be sent towards ours however as the order fails, the doors to our account close before the funds reach our account.
This therefore leaves your funds in limbo whilst the payment system is trying to work out where they need to go. As there is nowhere for them to go, they should be returned back to your account by your bank within 48 hours.
