What do I do if my order shows as delivered but I haven't received it?Updated 8 months ago
If you have received an email or notification that your order has been delivered we recommend checking with your neighbours to see if they accepted your delivery on your behalf as well as around your property in the event the courier has left your parcel in a secure or safe place. Please also check to see if an attempted delivery or calling card has been left for you to contact the courier. If there is still no sign of your parcel please do check your tracking information, as you may well be able to see where your parcel has been delivered to.
