What happens if I use my points on an order and make a return?Updated a month ago

We love rewarding you for shopping with us, and that includes letting you redeem your hard-earned points for discounts on future orders. You can choose to use your reward points to take money off your purchase (for example, £5, £10 or £15 off) at the checkout.

If you return an item from an order where you used reward points for a discount, you will receive a refund for the amount you paid after the reward was applied, in line with our returns policy. 

Any points redeemed on that order are not returned to your rewards account. Once you have redeemed points on an order, whether that's £5, £10 or £15 worth of points, and you return part or all of that order, the points used for the redemption will not be added back to your rewards balance. 

Rewards points are converted into a discount at the time of purchase. When you choose to redeem them, they are removed from your account and applied to your order total. Because they've already been exchanged for that order, they cannot be reinstated on return.
