Missing or Wrong Item received
We are sorry to hear that you are missing or have received the wrong item from your order. We will certainly make sure we rectify this for you as fast as possible.
Please contact us at [email protected] so that we can look into this for you. You will need to provide us with your full name, order number, an image of your parcel so that we check to see if it has been tampered with as well as informing us of what is missing.
Please note that if you are missing an item(s) from your order, you must claim for this within 28 days of the order arrival.
We may ask you to return the wrong item to us through our returns system and we will be more than happy to assist you with this. Please note that if you have received a missing or wrong item(s), you must claim for this within 28 days of the order arrival.
Received a faulty item or item has developed a fault
We’re obsessed about the quality of our products and we spend a lot of time designing and testing each and every new style we launch. Before we introduce you to our new designs we test every aspect from the fabric performance, checking the fit to even replicating how we think you may wear our products.
We don’t want anything to go wrong, but in the event something does fail, please contact our customer service team at [email protected] as soon as possible with your order number, some images and a description of the fault you are experiencing.
Our quality team will assist us to check if the fault is due to manufacturing and has not been caused by general wear and tear, any misuse or an accident so that we can find a satisfactory solution for you.
We will offer to replace your product subject to stock availability if your order was placed within the last 6 months, and the fault is deemed to be a manufacturing one.
